There are four Great Fairy Locations found across Hyrule.
It does not matter which order you unlock them in. The Divine Beast Vah Rudania was created 10,000 years ago by the Sheikah, along with the other three Divine Beasts and Guardians, to combat Calamity Ganon. In other words, all Fairies strengthen each other upon being released. Upon unlocking each successive Great Fairy, all Great Fairies will become more powerful. This also means you can upgrade your armor from different fairies for the same effect. For every upgrade, you'll get another star. This will add a star to the armor - showing that it has been upgraded. Link must defeat Windblight Ganon in order to free the Divine Beast from the control of Calamity Ganon. Vah Medoh serves as one of the four main dungeons in the game. In exchange for your heroic donation, each of the Great Fairies will offer to upgrade your Armor to bolster its effects and defense - however doing so will require several Materials that depend on the Armor chosen, and how upgraded the armor already is. Vah Medoh is one of the four Divine Beasts in Breath of the Wild. Once you've agreed to pay said one-time transaction (which can vary depending on the fairy), the Great Fairy will burst forth revealing a splendid fairy fountain. Note that the order you find the fairies in will dictate what price you need to pay - and how much you can upgrade your armor! The first fairy needs 100 Rupees, the second will ask for 500, the third will need 1,000, and the fourth Great Fairy will require a whopping 10,000 rupees!
